Year 4 Mums walk 50km for the Sports Hall

A group of Year 4 Mums from St Richard Reynolds Primary School (Agi, Annyck, Kath, Katie, Jo, Michelle and Sarah) have been challenged by their children to raise money to help finish their much needed Sports Hall.

"Our challenge is to walk 50km in a day. This will take place in Oxfordshire on Saturday 14th July. We hope to complete the walk before it becomes dark. However our head torches will be coming with us, just in case!"

You can sponsor them by going here.

Sports School Trip

We have secured 44 places for St Richard Reynolds pupils in year 7, 8 & 9 to experience a Spanish water sports trip in August 2018. The trip involves a coach journey to Costa Brava in Spain where there will be a variety of water sports activities to try. They will experience accommodation in tents and take part in a variety of fun activities in the evening. The water based activities include windsurfing, catamarans, wave canoeing, boogie boards, snorkelling, kayaking and 2-man sailing boats.

Pupils will receive expert tuition in all activities from highly trained British instructors and we will also have a PGL member of staff allocated to us for the entire week who will personally look after our needs.

Please visit the school shop for more information. This video gives a flavour of what the holiday is all about.
