Academy Consultation

Proposal to become and Academy and form the Ascension Catholic Academy Trust
The Governing Body has recently taken the decision to initiate a consultation regarding a proposal to acquire academy status and the formation of the Ascension Catholic Academy Trust with four of our partner Catholic Schools.

The Governing Body is consulting with all key stakeholders about the proposed academy conversion, including parents, staff, pupils and other schools over a 4-week period from 7th March – 1st April 2022.

Consultation Evening
St Richard Reynolds Catholic College consultation event for parents of pupils and students took place in the Elizabeth Hall in the College at 6pm on Thursday 17th March. There was a presentation about what the proposed Ascension Catholic Academy Trust would mean for the College. A separate meeting was be held for staff.

High School Tours & Open Evening
