Art

At St Richard Reynolds we aim to inspire children to explore and develop their art and design skills. Our art curriculum takes a cross curricular approach and is integrated across topics from the EYFS to Year 6. Throughout the year, we aim to give children opportunities to develop their own personal style while also exploring great artists. In our Art and Design teaching we believe intent is the knowledge and skills which the children acquire throughout the curriculum which builds towards clearly defined end points.

**Urgent Notice – Water Supply Issue at School, 3rd April 2025**

We regret to inform you that there is an issue with the water supply in one of our school buildings. Unfortunately, this has left us with no option but to send KS3 (Yr 7, 8 & 9) students home at 12.30pm.

We are working with Thames Water to resolve the matter and hope that normal school operations will resume tomorrow. We will keep you updated with progress and apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
