Healthy Mind, Healthy Body

At St Richard Reynolds we are committed to supporting our pupils’ wellbeing to enable them to achieve their personal best, be happy and become the person God intended them to be.  Our motto- ‘Healthy mind, Healthy Body’ encourages pupils to focus on regular exercise, build positive relationships and communicate their feelings and emotions.  We have support books in our Library and worry boxes in each classroom.  In PSHE lessons we learn about recognising our feelings as well as strategies to regulate emotions.
