Admissions arrangements for entry by external candidates to SRR Sixth Form in September 2027
The governing body of St Richard Reynolds Catholic High School, under powers delegated by the Ascension Catholic Academy Trust, has determined its admissions arrangements for external candidates for entry to Year 12 in September 2026. The closing date for entry in September 2026 is 15th January 2027.
If you are applying under a faith criterion, you should complete and return to the school a Supplementary Information Form (SIF) together with any supporting documents by 15th January 2027. Please read the policy below for more details:
* The supplementary application is for those applying as a Baptised Catholic. Other applicants are not required to submit this form. If you are a Baptised Catholic, you can upload a copy of your Baptism certificate through the online portal instead of submitting the paper form.
Applicants who have an EHCP, please send a paper copy of your current EHCP to Mrs Mason, Head of Sixth Form by registered post or by hand to the College Office.

Entrance requirements
To enter SRR6th, you must have at least 5 GCSE passes at Grade 4 or above, including English Language and Mathematics. All subjects have additional requirements. A summary of these can be found on page 10 of this booklet.
Business Studies entrance criteria – students who took GCSE Business Studies are expected to have achieved a minimum grade 6.
Please note that if you have not sat GCSEs or iGCSEs, you must provide a Statement of Compatibility.
