Faith in Action
This is our programme of study which enables students to continue learning about and exploring the Catholic faith. We have designed a programme with various options, appealing to different interests and providing students with a range of new opportunities. Students choose from one of the following modules:
• Ethics of Crime and Punishment: research and discuss the Catholic Church’s view on big questions and issues, e.g. capital punishment, human trafficking and genocide.
• Lourdes Pilgrimage: spend a week in the South of France assisting with the care of disabled children, and broadening life-experience at a world famous site of pilgrimage.
• Heart to Heart: nurture and encourage the faith of the SRRCC Primary School pupils by getting to know them over the year, and teaching a set of RE lessons from Reception to Year 6.
