High School Tours for September 2025 Entry

Our High School College Tours are now available to book. Tours will take place on Wednesdays and Fridays throughout June and July. If you would like to reserve tickets for the tours, please click on the Eventbrite link HERE. Further tours will be taking place in September and our Open Evening has been scheduled for the evening of 2nd October.

Offer Day – Friday 1st March 2024

Offers of High School places for September 2024 were made on National Offer Day, 1st March 2024 by local authorities on behalf of the College. If you were unsuccessful in gaining a place you have the right to appeal to an independent appeals panel. If you were offered a place at a school you ranked lower than St Richard Reynolds in your preferences, you will be automatically added to our waiting list. If you were offered a place at a school ranked higher, you may still join the waiting list by emailing waitinglist@srrcc.org.uk with the following details:

1)  Child’s Name
2)  Child’s DOB
3)  Child’s Address
4)  Contact number
5)  Confirmation if you originally applied to SRRCC.

Families have two weeks from National Offer Day to confirm whether they will be accepting initial offers made to their Local Authority (deadline 15th March 2024). Should places become available AFTER this time, they will be allocated and offered according to the published over-subscription criteria week beginning Tuesday 2nd April 2024.

Please note: The College Office staff do not have visibility of the waiting list and are unable to give personal information regarding positions on the waiting list.

Appeals

If you were unsuccessful in gaining a place, you have the right to appeal to an independent appeals panel. If you wish to make an appeal, you should do so by completing and returning to the Admissions Manager at St Richard Reynolds by 17th May 2024 the form below. Appeals received by that date will be heard on Monday 24th June 2024. You must submit any supporting documents at least five days before the hearing. Please read the appeals guidance before submitting your appeal.

Admissions arrangements for September 2024

St Richard Reynolds Catholic High School is a voluntary aided co-educational secondary school within the trusteeship of the Diocese of Westminster. The Governing Body is the Admissions Authority and has determined its admissions arrangements and policy for September 2024. 180 students will be admitted to Year 7 in September 2024. NB You must complete and return a Common Application Form (CAF) to your home local authority online or, by post or in person. Supplementary Information forms and Certificates of Catholic Practice (if applicable) must be returned to the College Office.

Admissions Forms for September 2024 Entry

Supplementary Information Forms together with any supporting documents (if applying under a faith criterion) may be sent by email to admissions@srrcc.org.uk for which a receipt confirmation email will be sent or deliver your application by hand or special delivery. The final day for application submission was Tuesday 31st October 2023.

You may apply for a place in any year at the High School outside of the usual application process for those transferring from Year 6 at Primary Schools. You should apply directly to the school using the application form below. If you would like to add your child’s name to our waiting lists for the current Years 7 – 11, please write to High School Waiting List, St Richard Reynolds Catholic College, Clifden Road, Twickenham TW1 4LT or email: waitinglist@srrcc.org.uk.

Should places become available, they will be allocated and offered according to the published over-subscription criteria. Places may become available as families move from the area or choose another school. All children will remain on the waiting list for one year from date of application unless advised by parents / guardians.
