Curriculum Intent Statement
All SRRCC Students study either French or Spanish in order to broaden student horizons by providing a window to other cultures across the globe. They will understand the relevance of languages in our world and how they fit into their other courses of study. Students will be able to appreciate communication and understand its value and relevance via another language. They will be empathetic and understand that our shared world can be viewed from many different perspectives. They will be equipped with the skills and confidence to make mistakes and to be empowered to feel that they can go anywhere in the world.
