The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a piece of EU-wide legislation which determines how people’s personal data is processed and kept safe, and the legal rights individuals have in relation to their own data.

St Richard Reynolds Catholic College is committed to protecting the information provided by parents/carers and using it only for the purpose for which it was obtained. St Richard Reynolds Catholic College aims to ensure that all personal data collected, stored, processed and destroyed about any natural person, whether they be a member of staff, student / pupil, parent, governor, visitor, contractor, consultant, a member of supply staff or other individual in the College is done so in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the provisions of the revised Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 2018).
