High School Applications for Year 7 Entry September 2026

The closing date for applications is 31st October 2025. (Please note that the College is closed for half term Thursday 23rd October – Friday 31st October).

To apply for a place for year 7 entry in 2026 at St Richard Reynolds Catholic High School you must:

  • Complete a Common Application Form (CAF). This is available on your local council’s website.
  • Read the High School Entry Notes 2026-27 below
  • Read the High School Admissions Policy 2026-27 below
  • Complete the online High School Supplementary Information Form below. Please note, there is no need to print this as we are automatically notified of your application.
  • Email or post a copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate to ‘Admissions’ at SRRCC (if applicable)
  • Email or post a Certificate of Catholic Practice signed and stamped by your Parish Priest to ‘Admissions’ at SRRCC (if applicable).
  • Applications from other Christian denominations or faiths must email or post a letter of support from their Minister of religion or faith leader.

Please send your certificates/letter of support via email to: admissions@srrcc.org.uk or by post to ‘Admissions’, St Richard Reynolds Catholic College, Clifden Road, Twickenham, TW1 4LT.

An email receipt to confirm your application will be sent from admissions@srrcc.org.uk once we receive your Supplementary Information Form and supporting documents.

If you do not provide the information required in the Supplementary Information Form, or submit supporting documentation to the College, by the closing date, your child may not be placed in the appropriate faith category which is likely to affect your child’s chance of being offered a place.

 In Year applications

You may apply for a place in any year at the High School outside of the usual Year 7 application process for those transferring from primary schools, although we are generally oversubscribed in every year group. You should apply directly to the College using the online application form below, having first applied to Richmond Borough here: Richmond Secondary schools in-year application 2025/26. Places may become available as families move from the area or choose another school. Places, if available, will be allocated using the published admissions policy (see above) If you require any advice, please contact admissions@srrcc.org.uk.

All children will remain on the waiting list until the end of the academic year in which they made the in-year application. If they wish to continue on the waiting list for the next academic year, it is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to re-apply to both the Borough and the College.
