Primary Tours for September 2025 have now resumed. They take place on Friday mornings at 9:30am. To reserve a space on one of the tours, please access our Eventbrite booking system via this link HERE.
You must apply directly to the council that you are living in at the time of application, regardless of the borough which the school is in. The deadline for applying for primary school is 15th January 2025. Applications received after this date are late and will not be considered until after national offer day.

Admissions arrangements for 2025/26
St Richard Reynolds Catholic Primary School is a voluntary aided co-educational primary school within the trusteeship of the Diocese of Westminster. It provides 210 places for pupils between the ages of 4 and 11. The Governing Body is the Admissions Authority. The closing date for applications is 15th January 2025 for places in Reception at St Richard Reynolds Catholic Primary School for children born between 1st September 2020 and August 31st 2021 for entry in September 2025. Outcomes will be advised on 16th April 2025.
20 places are allocated with priority given to baptised Catholic children if that category is oversubscribed. The remaining 10 places in the primary school are allocated on the basis of distance from the school and not on the religion of the child.
To apply for a place for Reception entry in September 2025 at St Richard Reynolds Catholic Primary School you must:
- Apply online using eAdmissions via your local council’s website
- Read the Primary School Entry Notes 2025-26 below
- Read the Primary School Admissions Policy 2025-26 below
- Complete the online Primary School Supplementary Form below, once you have supporting documents ready to send to us (if applicable)
- Submit to ‘Admissions’ at SRRCC a copy of your child’s Baptismal certificate (if applicable)
- Submit to ‘Admissions’ at SRRCC a Certificate of Catholic Practice signed and stamped by your Parish Priest (if applicable)
- Applications from other Christian denominations or faiths must submit a letter of support from their Minister of religion or faith leader
Certificates/letter of support may be submitted via email to: admissions@srrcc.org.uk or in person during school hours or by post to ‘Admissions’, St Richard Reynolds Catholic College, Twickenham TW1 4LT.
An email receipt to confirm your application will be sent from admissions@srrcc.org.uk once we have received your online Supplementary Information Form and supporting documents.
If you do not provide the information required in the Supplementary Form, or submit supporting documentation to the College, by the closing date, your child may not be placed in the appropriate faith category which is likely to affect your child’s chance of being offered a place.

You may apply for a place in any year at the Primary School outside of the usual application process You should apply directly to the school using the application form below, having first applied to Richmond Borough here: Richmond Primary schools in-year application 2024/25. Waiting list for Reception Class September 2024
Offers of places for September 2024 were made on 16th April 2024 by local authorities on behalf of the College. If you were unsuccessful in gaining a place you have the right to appeal to an independent appeals panel. If you were offered a place at a school you ranked lower than St Richard Reynolds in your preferences, you will be automatically added to our waiting list. If you were offered a place at a school ranked higher, you may still join the waiting list. Please do so by email to waitinglist@srrcc.org.uk with the following details:

2) Child’s DOB
3) Child’s Address
4) Contact number
5) Confirmation if you have originally applied.
Should places become available, they will be allocated and offered according to the published over-subscription criteria.
