Curriculum Intent Statement
To provide an inspiring science education that provides the foundations for understanding the wonders of God’s creation through the disciplines of biology, chemistry and physics.
Students will:
- develop skills of rational explanation and analysis;
- appreciate the beauty and complexity of natural phenomena;
- have the scientific knowledge to understand the implications of science and technology in the world.
Students will gain a good grounding in the essential aspects of the knowledge, methods, processes and uses of science to help them answer scientific questions now and in their future.
