Medical Information

We have a number of children with specific medical needs, allergies or disabilities.  We take our duty of care seriously and work closely with parents to ensure all our children are safe and are able to access the curriculum.

Miss McEvoy is our Medical Coordinator and manages pupil care plans.  If you have any queries or questions please contact the school – primary@srrcc.org.uk.

If pupils are unwell or injured at school they will be cared for by one of our staff who are First Aid trained.  All staff have received Anaphylaxis and Asthma training.

If your child requires medication to be taken during the school day, please download and complete the form below and return it to the school office with the medication.
